Golf Course, rated #1 in Southern Maine by Golf Digest, is only 15
min. away. Fishing: Sebago is known as home of the Land Locked
Salmon and currently is one of the best Lake Trout Lakes in New
England- most fish are in the 16-23 inch range.
When the lake freezes
(typically Feb & March) there is excellent access to Maine's
extensive snowmobile trails, ice fishing is directly in front of the
house, and Shawnee Peak offers excellent day and night
skiing.
Shopping plaza, local restaurants and movies,
minature golf are only 15 minutes away.
Portland and
Freeport, home to L.L Bean, is only 30-40 minutes. New Hampshire's
White Mountain's are a
45 minute drive.

Trivia:
Mean depth 101 ft, Volume-
995 billion gallons, if all the water in Sebago Lake were pumped
into 10,000 gallon tanker trucks, each 50 ft long, and the trucks
were placed end to end, they would extend from the earth to the moon
and back twice!
